Zathar Phoenician spices mix powder- 400g

Inspired by Lebanese Zathar (zataar pronounced zatar), this blend combines premium herbs (mint and oregano), sesame seeds, spices (sumac and turmeric) with a touch of sea salt. Zathar means Thyme in Arabic . It also designates a variety of oregano and the Lamaiaceae family (i.e., including thyme, savory, hyssop, oregano, mint, marjoram, etc.). We are therefore on fairly fresh herbaceous notes. This blend of Middle Eastern spices is commonly used in Levantine cuisine (countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea such as Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Israel, etc.).
