DELIVERY & RETURNS
Minimum order : 250 aed for free delivery. A charge of 52.5 aed for Dubai, 78.75 aed for Sharjah and Abu Dhabi and 157.50 aed for Al Ain and other Emirates will apply for order below 250 aed.
Delivery schedule : Next day delivery for Dubai any order received before 8pm.
Abu Dhabi every Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Other Emirates every Tuesday, except Fujairah.
We do not deliver on Sunday.
Returns: Food is precious and we need to respect it. Our selection is the fruit of hard work from artisans and small producers. Moreover, we are very lucky to live in a country where food is not lacking but it is not the same case for some very close countries to us, where people thrive everyday to feed their children. For those reasons, we DO accept returns within a period of 24hours after the date of the delivery only provided the product has NOT been opened or damaged.
