How does it work?

You place your order online and it will be received by our customer service department. The customer service will contact you to fix the delivery schedule. Then, your order will be delivered to your home by our own fleet of vans. All orders placed before 8pm will be delivered the next day (Day+1) in Dubai, on Monday, Wednesday or Friday in Abu Dhabi and once a week in other Emirates. Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered the day after (Day+2), except for indent orders.

How to pay?

The payment is either cash, cheque, credit card on delivery, credit card before delivery or Telegraphic Transfer. For cash, cheque or credit card payment upon delivery, you will pay directly to our drivers when they come for your delivery. For cheque payment, can you please issue the cheque to "Secrets Fine Food Trading LLC" ? You can also pay by transfer from your bank account to our bank account the value of the order.

When will I be delivered?

First, once your order is received, our customer service will get in touch with you to arrange the delivery. 8pm is the cut-off time. For in-stock items, we will deliver the next day if you place your order before 8pm, if order is placed after 8pm, you will be delivered the day-after. For "indent" products, deliveries depend on market arrival days.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes, we do. We deliver everyday in Dubai, on Monday, Wednesday or Friday in Abu Dhabi and once a week in other Emirates, except Fujairah.

Is the delivery free?

Above AED 250 purchase, the delivery is free of charge.
Below AED 250, the delivery cost is AED 52.5 for Dubai delivery and AED 78.75 for deliveries in other Emirates.

Am I able to get back to my previous orders?

Yes. When you log in, you GO TO "My Orders" and all your past orders will appear. You can simply and quickly reorder your previous selection.

Can I order special requests not presented on your website?

Most probably we can do it as we have direct imports from France and Italy on a weekly base, please get in touch with us [email protected] and we will study your specific need.

Is the meat Halal certified ?

Yes, it is a compliance in the UAE.
