All our prices are fixed, include 5% VAT and subject to changes without prior notice as the price of most of of our products depends on the seasonality, harvest, market conditions. Some prices will be adjusted as per final weight ex: chicken, fish.
Orders received before 8pm will be delivered the next day. For orders received after 8pm, deliveries will take place the day after. Unfortunatly, orders can not be cancelled after the cut-off time (8pm). Indeed, it is important to keep in mind that our products are sensitive and need to be manipulated cautiously therefore we limit to the maximum the manipulations of our products. We do not deliver on Friday.
Payment terms are either cash, cheque or credit card on delivery, credit card before delivery or by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
In case of payment by credit card or T/T, if some items are out of stock, we will propose you to deliver the stock when available or to refund you the value of the missing items.
Above AED 2000 "indent" order, we will ask you a deposit of 50%.
Fresh produce like fish, meat, fruits or vegetables need to be stored immediately after delivery in the fridge or freezer to guarantee the cold chain and the freshness. Secrets Fine Food responsibility is to deliver you the freshest products however, the cold chain process should be respected even after delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY - A customer may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, kindly contact the customer service directly.
REFUND POLICY - “Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
