Orange dried slices for cocktails - 200g

Coming from the Valencia region in Spain, we worked on a series of citrus fruits cut into slices and then dried such as lemons in order to enhance cocktails and aperitifs without forgetting pastries such as cakes. A more than delicious decoration, since through a slow drying process at low temperature, the slices retain all their flavors. As such, they have a beautiful color and a very nice texture and a real crunch. To add as a final touch in exterior decoration or directly in the cocktail for a diffusion of its aroma. It's the little extra that will make the difference. Both beautiful and good.
