Coming from the Valencia region in Spain, known for its flowers and its numerous citrus trees, our lemons have been chosen for their beautiful size and exceptional flavor. It is after a long and slow natural fermentation process that our lemons darken while developing the unique notes that are so characteristic. Valencian black lemon thus retains all its properties and develops new fragrances that will not leave you indifferent. Unlike the black lemon from Iran which follows a different manufacturing process, our black lemon from Valencia is denser, heavier and less hollow, because we keep all the flesh which will work and condense.
