Created in 2010 before the great black fury which invaded cuisine and burgers, here is one of the house's latest great Curry creations : BLACK PEARL® Black Curry. Based on the idea of ​​playing with suggestive colors and flavors, we created this fabulous Curry with a beautiful black color. Play with the combination of colors and flavors, creating a sauce dark as night, intense as day and filled with a constellation of stars: orange-carrot, yellow-potato, green-bean... A delicious mixture for unusual sauces and curries with strong and characteristic notes and a natural and atypical color. This black curry is a pure invention of Thiercelin. Very often they will mix it with vadouvans and other masala crushed with fermented spices. Let's not mix everything up!
