Recipe idea: Grilled halloumi with chilli
Ingredients (for 2 people):
200g Kalios halloumi
Kalios Greek honey
Dried tomatoes
olive oil with chillies
pepper
Preparation:
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of chilli olive oil.
Once the pan is hot, add the halloumi, cut into thick slices, and fry until golden brown
(max 4 minutes).
Once cooked, place the cheese on a plate of your choice and place a few tomato preserves on top.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pepper.
