White fish carpaccio

Enjoy this super easy, delicious, healthy and light recipe of white fish carpaccio depending on the seasonnality and your mood !

INGREDIENTS

- 400 gr of very fresh white fish fillet or frozen Qwehli fish fillet (you can use sea bass, snapper ... )

- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Treurer

- 1 fresh juice of a squeezed lemon or yuzu

- thin cress

- pomegranate for the final vitamin touch 

- salt and pepper

 

 


METHOD

1- Place the fish fillets in your freezer for 30 minutes, wrapped in a cling film.

2- In a small bowl, prepare the emulsion mixing the extra virgin olive oil, the fresh lemon/yuzu juice and season with salt and pepper to your taste. 


3- Cut the fish into very thin slices and arrange them on a plate, pour the vinaigrette over, and add the pomegranate seeds and cress to bring a sweet touch and decorate nicely the dish.
