SUMMER vine peach pound cake recipe☀️

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS

METHOD 

Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180 C. Mix the eggs and sugar. 

Step 2: Melt the butter.

Step 3: Add the melting butter, flour, salt and yeast to the egg mixture.

Step 4: Peel and cut the vigne peaches into small quarters. 

Step 5 : Butter and flour a cake mold.

Step 6 : Add the Nectavigne pieces into the mixture.

Step 7 : Pour the mixture and bake for 45 min at 180 C.

Step 8 : Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
