SUMMER Soft apricot cake recipe ☀️

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSON

• 120g brown sugar
• icing sugar
• 70g flour
• 3 eggs
• 80g almond powder
• 120g melted butter
• 10 halves of apricots

METHOD 

1. Whisk the sugar and eggs until the mixture doubles in volume.

2. Add the flour and almond powder. Mix, then add the butter.

3. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold, place the apricots cut into quarters.

4. Bake at th. 6/180° about 30 min. Let it rest, sprinkle icing sugar before serving.
