Discover a simple and easy recipe using Spanish sardine fish with its delicate and tasty flesh !
For 20 toasts :
- 1 tin of sardines in olive oil Serrats
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Ginger powder, or better fresh ginger
- a few drops of tabasco
- Some cherry tomatoes
1. In a mixing bowl, chop the flesh of the avocado, garlic, lemon juice and spices with the oil of the sardines.
2. Toast the baguette slices.
3. Spread the mixture on the toasts.
4. Top up the toast with small pieces of sardines and 1 quarter piece of cherry tomato.
