Roasted figs with honey, pistachios and Greek yogurt

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 whole figs
  • 30gr pistachio
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 100gr Greek yogurt
  • 50gr unsalted butter
  • 3gr ground cinnamon

METHOD

1- Remove the stalks from the figs and then cut half each fig.


2- Heat a frying pan until hot and add a knob of butter.


3- Add the figs to the foaming butter and color on one side. Drizzle in the honey and turn the figs over.


4- Add a pinch of cinnamon and the chopped pistachios and spoon the liquid over the figs.


5- Remove the figs from the pan before they overcook and serve immediately with a dollop of thick Greek yogurt.
