INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PERSONS
170g caster sugar
30g almond powder
55g flour
4 eggs
5g natural liquid vanilla extract
550 ml whole liquid cream flour
200g raspberries
1 mango
Use 1 silicon mold of 24 cm
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160 ° (th5 / 6) hot air and lightly grease the inside of a 24cm diameter silicone mold.
In a bowl, mix all the powders (sugar, flour, almond powder) and mix with a whisk.
Add the eggs and mix vigorously to obtain a lump-free mixture.
Finally add the liquid vanilla and the liquid cream and mix again.
Pour the clafoutis into the mold, then spread the raspberries and the peeled and diced mango.
Check the cooking by pricking it in the center, the cooking time may vary according to the ovens.
When removed from the oven, place the clafoutis in the refrigerator until completely cooled before delicately removing it from the mold and enjoying it !
