- 2 tbs honey syrup (method below)
- 1tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- mojito syrup to taste (2 tbs recommended)
- 2 crushed ice cubes
- Sparkling water San Benedetto
1- For the honey syrup, combine equal parts of honey and water. Boil and stir until the honey dissolves. Let the mixture cool before you use it. Tip : this syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month.
2- For the mocktail : combine the honey syrup, lime juice and mint in a very cold cocktail shaker. Break up the mint to release the oils (and the flavor). Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain in a classy glass. Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with a mint spring.
