Homemade financiers with red fruits

INGREDIENTS

- Organic preparation for financiers Marlette,

- 90g of unsalted butter,

- 3 egg whites,

- Red fruits or berries

 

 

METHOD

1. Preheat your oven to 240 ° C.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Pour the contents of the Marlette preparation into a salad bowl.

4. Add the whites and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous paste.

5. Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture is smooth.

6. Divide the mixture into small cake molds (or in a buttered cake pan).

7. Add red fruit to your dough by pressing down slightly.

8. Bake and cook for 5 min at 240 ° C, then lower the oven temperature to 180 ° C and cook about 12 min. Your financiers should be lightly brown.

9. Unmold immediately and let them cool down in room temperature (not in chiller).
