Yuzu, lemon and Espelette mocktail recipe

Frizzy, fruity and peppery, discover this new and original recipe to quench your thirst. 

INGREDIENTS

- 4 tsp of yuzu pearls

- 135ml of fresh lemon juice

- 180ml espelette syrup

- 450ml sparkling water

- ice

Ingredient for the espelette syrup:

- 100gr of sugar

- 100gr of water

- 1/4 tsp of espelette chili power

METHOD

-1. For the espelette syrup: in the pan bring the sugar, water and espelette chili powder to the boil

-2. Stir until all sugar has dissolved.

-3. Reserve to cool and then refrigerate.

-4. Once the syrup is cool, mix together : lemon, espelette syrup and sparkling water in a large jug.

-5. Fill four tumblers with ice and 1 tsp of yuzu for each.

-6. Pour the mix mocktail and serve very chilled.
