FESTIVE SEASON gourmand potato with caviar recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

  • 50g Transmontanus caviar by Kaviari 
  • 2 soup spoon of Echire thick cream 
  • 2 bintje potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • salt & pepper

METHOD

1- Wash the potatoes throughly, keep the skin, when the water is boiling, cook them. When cooked, keep them aside.

2- Cut them into 2 in lengthwise, pour a spoon of thick cream, spread finely chopped choves and a spoonful of caviar.
