FESTIVE MENU : Salmon bites with aneth sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

  • 300g fresh Scottish salmon fillet deboned
  • 1 squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 5 or 6 pieces of wholemeal or nut bread
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

METHOD

1- Cut the salmon into very large cubes. Dip them in lemon juice. Keep cool in a salad bowl.

2- Chop the dill and chives. Mix them in the Greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper.

3- Grill the bread slices for just 2 minutes. Serve on wooden skewers. Everyone will dip their diced salmon in the sauce and use the bread as they wish.
