MAIN COURSE : Organic chicken breast fillet with mustard and cream recipe


INGREDIENTS FOR 4 / 6 PERSONS

METHOD 

1. Melt the butter in a pan. When it start to color, sear the chicken breast for 2 minutes on each side. 

2. Then add the mustard, the sour cream and the dried thyme. 

3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then sprinkle wiuth chopped flat parsley and roasted sesame seeds.
