SUMMER Chai smoothie recipe ☀️

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PERSON

METHOD 

1. In a small sauce pan, let infuse the chai tea bag in 15cl milk at low heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool down.

2. In a blender, mix the fruits, the Chai latte and the hemp, enjoy very cool !
