THANKSGIVING Carrot cake recipe

Serves 6 persons

  • 200g grated carrots 
  • 200g of almond powder 
  • 75g flour
  • 125 g butter 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 10cl milk
  • 125g of eggs
  • 80g olive oil
  • 125g raw sugar cane
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 lemon
  • 10g baking powder
  • icing sugar


1. Whisk the eggs and sugar.

2. Add the lemon zest, juice, cane sugar, almond powder, grated carrots and cinnamon.

3. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then the oil and milk.

4. Mix until a smooth paste is obtained.

5. Butter and flour a cake pan.

6. Add the preparation to the mold.

7. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C.

8. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve!
