Sesame oil - 250ml

The sesame oil is a thick oil of amber color. Its nose is slightly coniferous and emits aromas of caramel. Its taste is soft, it can reveal notes of peanut. It is ideal with steamed vegetables, raw mushrooms, soya and white meats. Sesame oil is also used in numerous oriental cake pastries. The Sesame oil is an excellent antioxidant. It is rich in sesamine and sesamoline which both have anti-aging recognized properties. For example, the first one reduces the absorption of cholesterol and inhibits its hepatic production.
