French specialty from the Champagne region, the AAAAA andouillette is a coarse-grained sausage made with pork, intestines or chitterlings, pepper, onions and seasonings. 

Very easy to prepare, you just have to place them in oven thermostat 6/7 or fry them during 20 minutes. 

You may serve them with fresh vegetables.
