Specification Carnaroli Rice 94%, vegetable condiment without glutamate [salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (onions, carrots, CELERI, parsley), sunflower oil, spices, natural flavourings], onion, garlic, dehydrated summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum) 0.6% (equivalent to 2.1% fresh truffles), flavourings.
For 3/4 people. Cooking time 18 to 20 min. Pearl the rice in olive oil. Deglaze with white wine. Gradually add broth, stirring until the rice is cooked as desired. Finish with a nice knob of butter and parmesan.
