Duck leg confit in tin, 12 clubs - 3.825kg (halal)

Pre-cooked and pickled legs of duck, grown and fattened with cereals, minerals and vitamins. The meat becomes very tender and juicy. The lard is coarsely removed for preparation and the lobes are heated in a pan or oven. The remaining lard is wonderful for preparing dishes like fried potatoes - so do not throw it away!
