At La Fabrique Givree, the chocolate tart is made in a frozen version and certainly not in the classic form that you already know! To start, they use “Macaé” dark chocolate, a Grand Cru from Brazil whose beans are grown in agroforestry by Mr. Libânio in the Mata Atlantica, one of the richest ecosystems in the world.
