Fondue savoyarde made of 5 cheese (raw cow milk) - 400g
Our HERVE MONS fondue mixture is made with different cheeses, everyone of them coming from a certified designation: Beaufort, Comté, Abondance, Vacherin Fribourgeois and Emmental Français. All the cheeses are divided into strict quantities to give the Fondue a perfect melting texture and smooth taste.
Cooking tips:
1 - Take a pot (possibly rubbed with garlic), pour 30 cl of dry white wine, 3gr of grated nutmeg, 3gr of pepper and bring the whole to a boil over high heat.
2 - Pour in the Fondue, stirring continuously, over a low heat of one third, until the mixture is homogeneous.
3 - Place the pot on a stove.
4 - Fondue is ready. You can dip pieces of bread on a fork in it. Bon appétit!
