The Origin caviar is a powerful caviar with marine flavours. Its roes explode in the palate releasing slowly the iodized savor of mature caviar. The origin caviar is extracted from the Acipenser Baeri specie also called Siberian sturgeon. Its roes are melting, its hazelnut taste is long and persistent in the palate. The specificity of this caviar is its long aging process. For over 8 months after egg-collection, this caviar has been carefully aged and refined in the Sturia caves. The Origin is a powerful caviar for caviar connoisseurs to be tasted, very merely, with a mother-pearl spoon. It is also a perfect caviar for gastronomic dishes like a cauliflower or watercress consomme. Quantities are limited.
