Churned seaweed butter - 125g - perfect pairing with oysters, fish and seafood
A coastal butter, it brings out the particularly iodine flavor of the seaweed as well as the plant’s lovely reds, greens and blacks. Obviously paired perfectly with fish and seafood, it can also create a surprise on a rare red meat.
