Frozen redcurrant puree - 1kg - no colouring, no preservative
SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened redcurrant purée is made from a mixture of different varieties of redcurrants picked at optimum ripeness in our producers’ orchards in the Monts et Côteaux du Lyonnais.
The selected redcurrants are processed into fruit purée in Sicoly production facilities.
The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
