Heat individually from frozen.

Remove the plastic film and foil tray and place on a microwave-safe plate.

Microwave on full power until the centre is molten (1900W for 20 seconds or 700W for 50 seconds). All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Please adjust according to your own equipment. Serve immediately after heating.

Do not refreeze once defrosted. Do not reheat.
