Like a mini baguette, it has been pre-baked on stone oven and is made of a white fermented dough.
The baguette is frozen, preproved ready to be baked straight from the freezer, at 200 C in any type of oven for approx. 8 minutes. The 12 baguettes are packed in a generic freezer proof plastic bag
It is designed for plate-side with a nice crust, it is 18cm long.
