Sea bass are bred in a farm located in the open sea in Mediterranea close to Corsica island.
The farm respects the natural cycles, with low density and wide temperature variations, thanks to strong winters, to obtain an organic product of exceptional quality.

Deep-frozen for a product " as if it were fresh " thanks to a unique deep freezing process.

Instructions for use :
Leave the organic sea bass in its packaging and immerse it in water at +20°C for 10 to 20 minutes. Once thawed, store the product between +2°C and +4°C and consume it
within 24 hours.
