A rich recipe based on buckwheat, rye, malted wheat and malted barley flours and a blend of 6 seeds (sunflower, poppy, millet, white sesame, yellow flax, brown flax) for a bread with a dark and dense centre. The format of this Nordic loaf is suitable for many types of use.

Specification Ingredients : WHEAT flour, water, RYE flour, brown flax seeds 4%, SESAME seeds 4%, sunflower seeds 4%, dehydrated devitalized RYE sourdough, toasted malted BARLEY flour, yeast, sel de Guérande, WHEAT gluten, flour treatment agent.
Defrosting for up to 10 minutes at room temperature, pre-heat the over at 230 C for 10 minutes, then bake for 10 - 15 minutes 190°C to 200°C. Let it cool for 10 minutes before eating.
