Classic dry-cured and mild smoked salmon - 200g

Scottish Freedom Food salmon, dry cured for 12 hours using finest sea salt and unrefined brown sugar, washed down with fresh spring water from the mountains nearby, smoked with oak chips for 12 - 15 hours at ambient temperature in Loch Fyne smokehouse on the banks of Loch Fyne to give a delicate flavour.
