Swiss fondue

Cheese fondue is a traditional Swiss culinary preparation, originated in the Alps, mainly in the canton of Valais. It's a very pleasant dish, using ingredients that used to be available only in winter. It is also a very 'friendly" dish very much appreciated when shared with family and friends.
