Fresh burrata in foglia - 4 x 250g

Fresh cheese, consisting of a bag of stretched curd which contains mozzarella strips enriched with cream (stracciatella). It has a smooth surface, a pearly white color, a soft texture. The taste is sweet, delicate, creamy. The workmanship of expert hands gives the product its unmistakable shape and inimitable flavor. Burrata is a typical product of the Apulian dairy tradition, in particular of the province of Bari.
