SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened rhubarb purée is made from pink rhubarb picked when ripe.
The selected rhubarb is processed into purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
