SICOLY®’s IQF frozen destemmed blackcurrants are the product of blackcurrants grown in Poland.
The fresh fruits are gathered ripe and then frozen. The fruits are then destemmed and undergo an initial laser sorting operation directly in situ, in order to guarantee optimum quality. The destemmed blackcurrants are then sorted a second time.
