Snail is a product that requires a lot of labor, from its harvest to its packaging.
All the processing steps as well as the re-shelling phase are entirely manual. The buttering operation remains mainly manual, but can be automated depending on the products.
- Preheat your oven at 180°C (gas 6)
- Without defrosting, place the snails in the oven in their original plate
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes
- Serve as soon as the butter starts bubbling
- Do not cook in a microwave oven
