SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened coconut purée with grated coconut is made from a blend of the milk and grated flesh of Philippine coconuts.
After mixing, the grated coconut and milk are de-aerated in Sicoly workshops in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and then heat treated by a special process.
