SICOLY®’s IQF frozen rhubarb pieces are the product of red rhubarb.
The rhubarb is cut into pieces, they undergo an initial sorting operation and are then frozen on the farm in order to guarantee optimum quality.
Rhubarb pieces are then sorted a second time and packed in Sicoly's production facilities.
