Description

SICOLY®’s IQF frozen red fruits mix is a combination of:

• raspberries,

• cultivated blackberries,

• destemmed blackcurrants,

• cultivated blueberries,

• destemmed currants.

The fresh fruits are harvested ripe and then frozen. Blackcurrants and currants are destemmed. After all the fruits have been sorted separately, the red fruits mix is put together in the proportions indicated and then packed here in Sicoly's production facilities.
