Make for fantastic tender and juicy burgers of pure delight by using Wagyu beef burger patties! If you haven’t tasted the star of the burgers yet, you’re missing out, as Wagyu beef stands as one of the tastiest meats.
All you will need are 3 brown sliced onions, some grape seed oil, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Season the beef patties with salt and pepper.
In a frying-pan, mix thoroughly the sliced brown onions, the balsamic vinegar, the brown sugar and drizzle with some grape seed oil.
Fry this mixture for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the onions become crispy and caramelized.
On a barbecue grill, cook the Wagyu beef burgers.
For more tastiness, you can top with a slice of cheese, on the second side, before the patties get cooked. Also slather the bases of the burger buns with aioli.
Top the bottom buns with patties, slices of cheese, and dip some of the mixture of caramelized onions, then complete with top buns.
You can also include 2 tablespoons of grated fresh horseradish, and fresh iceberg lettuce for even more fantastic taste. Serve with chips on the side. Get everything you’d ever dreamed of from a burger!
