INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE TRUFFLE AIOLI SAUCE
- 50g American-style mayonnaise
- 50g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon pepper white, if possible
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- wagyu beef burger 200g
- potato burger buns
- Fontina cheese
- sweet onions
- corn flour
METHOD

Using a food processor or mixing bowl and spatula or whisk, combine the aioli sauce ingredients until smooth.

Prepare the crispy fried onions.

Grill the wagyu burger according to your taste, place a slice of fontina cheese on top of each burger to melt the cheese.

Meanwhile toast the burger buns.

Assemble : start from the bottom burger bun, spread some aioli sauce generously, add the burger topped with meting Fontina cheese, add the crispy onions rings, cover with another layer of aioli sauce and close with the second part of the bun.
