Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs brunch

INGREDIENTS

for 1 serving :

  • 1 bagel
  • a slice of smoked salmon
  • black pepper to taste
  • a wedge of lemon for serving
  • scrambled eggs

METHOD

Cut the bagel in half, toast it and butter it. 

Put a slice of your smoked salmon on a bagel and half a spoon of any amount of the scrambled eggs you desire. Grind you black pepper corns and serve with a lemon wedge.
