INGREDIENTS
For 4 people
- 4 large slices of smoked salmon
- 220 grams of asparagus
- 200 grams of goat cheese
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 20 cl of cream
- pepper
METHOD
1- Preheat your oven to 180°C
2- Wash, cook and drain the asparagus and place three of them on each slice of smoked salmon. Roll them up and place them in a large oven dish or on individual dishes.
3- Mash up the goat cheese, add 4 table spoons of the asparagus cooking water, the parsley and cream. Add the pepper but no salt. Whip everything until you get a smooth sauce, add the shrimp and coat the rolls with your goat cheese sauce.
4- Bake for 15 minutes.
