Refreshing Octopus salad recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

METHOD

  • The dosage of the ingredients is to be done according to your taste. Add, taste, try and adjust especially the lemon juice !

  • Take the octopus out of its packing and let it defrost in the chiller. Rinse it. 

  • On a cutting board, cut the octopus into strips. 

  • Add the lemon juice, the olive oil and season.

  • Cut the garlic clove in tiny pieces and add it. 

  • After washing the parsley, cut the heads and add it.

  • Mix and let it rest in the chiller for 35/45 minutes.

  • At your convenience, you may add thin slices of red onion and a pinch of paprika. 

  • Serve it cool with steam potatoes.
