Honey baked camembert with Sollies figs and rosemary

Serves 4 to 6 persons

Preparation time : 5 minutes

Cooking time : 20 minutes


INGREDIENTS

-1 camembert

-5 to 6 Sollies figs - halved or quartered

-1 spring of rosemary

-4 crushed pistachios

-honey

-1 pinch of fleur de sel with grilled spices

-pepper


METHOD

1. Preheat the over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 C.

2. Line a parchment paper over the sheet pan.

3. Place the camembert in the sheet pan.

4. Top with 5 to 6 crushed rosemary leaves.

5. Top with halved or quartered figs, crushed pistachios, fleur de sel with grilled spices and pepper.

6. Drizzle with honey.

7. Bake for 20 / 22 minutes or until the cheese has softened.

8. Add some more honey if needed and ENJOY !
